2. Website Use

By accessing our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
  • Transmitting unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems
  • Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website
  • Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the website without our written permission

3. Estimates and Quotes

Free estimates provided by our representatives — whether in person, by phone, or through the website — are preliminary assessments based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing is determined upon full assessment of damage, scope of work, and any conditions discovered during the restoration process. We reserve the right to revise estimates if hidden damage or additional work is discovered after project commencement.

No work will commence without your written authorization. Estimates are not guarantees of final cost and do not constitute a binding contract.

4. Insurance Claims Assistance

We work with most major insurance carriers and can assist you in documenting damage and communicating with your adjuster. However, we make no guarantee regarding insurance coverage, claim approval, or reimbursement amounts. Our assistance with your insurance claim is a courtesy service and does not constitute legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for understanding your own policy terms and coverage limits.

By authorizing us to communicate with your insurance carrier, you grant us permission to share property damage documentation, photographs, and scope-of-work reports necessary to process your claim.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your property and the nature of the damage
  • Grant our technicians safe and unobstructed access to the affected areas of your property
  • Notify us immediately of any health hazards, pre-existing conditions, or structural concerns on the property
  • Review and sign all work authorizations before work begins
  • Promptly communicate any concerns about the work being performed
  • Make timely payment in accordance with the terms of your service agreement

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of each phase of work. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and insurance assignment of benefits (AOB) where permitted by law. Delinquent accounts are subject to late fees and collection costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by IICRC-certified technicians, in accordance with applicable industry standards. Specific warranty terms for reconstruction and restoration work are outlined in your service agreement.
